We are an internationally distributed team! While our physical studio base is in Mumbai, over 50% of our creative and technical talent works remotely across various time zones. We hire via direct contractor agreements or localized payroll partners worldwide.
What does the typical hiring timeline look like?
We respect your time and move quickly. From your initial application to a formal offer, the entire process typically takes 7 to 14 business days. You will receive clear updates at every stage without ghosting.
Do you require take-home design or coding tests?
No unpaid busywork! We value your real-world portfolio and open-source contributions. For practical assessments, we either conduct an interactive live session or pay you standard contractor rates for a short collaborative trial.
